Our 4-step process encompasses your complete experience with your home project through Home-X Remodeling. From the initial walk-through, the discussions of your design preference, to receiving your newly remodeled home. Please read our steps below to be informed of what your project's process will entail.
1. Meet & Greet
In the first stage, we’ll work with you to learn more about your design preferences and expectations for your home. One thing that makes us stand out is how well we work with our clients budget. We provide, inform, and suggest the most accurate information surrounding the material and quality you’re seeking for your home. Therefore, during this process, HXR will aim to maintain your project under budget. Enjoy a complimentary home consultation where we will discuss designs, potential outlooks of the project, and expectations for your home.
2. Designing with Your Goals in Mind
If you believe our team of professionals is a good fit for your remodel, the next step is signing your project agreement. But before you sign your contract and submit your initial deposit, our design team will meet with you for a detailed in-home walk-through to take measurements and understand your goals. During this visit, we will go into detail of your projects expectations and timeline. Once everything is finalized, you will submit your initial deposit for your project
3. Enjoy Your Ongoing Stress-Free Project
Your contract is signed, and now the building begins! The advantage of hiring HXR for your project is that you can sit back and relax while we convert your ideas into a reality! During this phase, your devoted Project Manager will handle the details and communicate with you every step of the way. Your Project Manager will be involved throughout all construction phases to supervise the work, ensure progress coincides with your design plan and schedule, and keep you informed of any developments. The Project Manager will do everything possible to relieve stress during the construction of your remodel. Once construction is complete, your Project Manager will arrange your final walk-through as you evaluate the work and enjoy the first impression of your new home.
4. WE DID IT! WELCOME TO YOUR NEW HOME!
Home-X Remodeling cannot complete its remodel until you are satisfied with your project. Your Project Manager, design team, and construction specialist will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. After you have signed our completion form, HXR is here to help with the long-term value of your remodel with our one-year labor warranty.
